Ipropose to buy this boiler is it a good one to buy and is it suitable for a 3 bedroomed semi det house with 2 other rooms with a radiator in each.

Its for hot water and heating. It is to replace a Worcester Bosch Thermotechnik 350 Combi.
As a combi this depends on your hot water requirements.
Your installer should advise and discuss this with you.

The Vaillant 831 has slightly less hot water output than the Worcs 350.
If hot water is currently rather marginal then a vaillant 837 would be a closer match with a small amount more hot water output.
Since I never want any of my customers to be dissapointed then i would always suggest a more powerful combi boiler.
