Valliant Combi-- Central heating on all the time no hot Wate

Hi I have a Valliant Combi Bolier. I have the following issue the central heating stays on all the time no matter what I do to the thermostat and even though the Radiators stay on and are hot. I get no hot water though my taps. Anyone seen this issue??

Servo valve stuck in position. Common fault, if you can get take the boiler panels of you will see the DHW/diverter and a couple of microswitches on the right hand side, try tapping etc. If no good then new valve req.
