help! I have no idea about plumbing and no idea how to operate this boiler. It wasn't reheating fast enough (for me) and i started messing with the buttons like an idiot. anyways, everything i was doing i was able to understand from what it said on the screen but then i pressed two buttons at once for the chimney sweep mode and that's where it happened. somehow i turned off the hot water. i turned it on and off and hit the pilot light reset button but it still is off. i have bar at a good level on the right but nothing at all on the left anymore. temp is holding at 24 c.

is this is simple fix or do i need a professional to come???

I presume this is a combi-boiler providing heating and hot water? Which model is it and when installed?

Have you tried turning the power supply (at the wall) to the boiler off completely then on again. This should reset everything and you should be able to turn the HW back on.
