Hi i have a vaillant ecotec pro 28 i cant adjust the temp or turn off comfort mode. Its like the plus and minus buttons aren't working. But if i press the plus button on the main screen it does turn the heating on. So it must be working. Any help would be much appreciated.thanks

I take it that it’s the blue lit lcd model? Can’t see how pressing the plus button turns the heating on, unless you mean super fire mode?
