vaillant ecotec pro 28 plus and minus button

Hi i have a vaillant ecotec pro 28 i cant adjust the temp or turn off comfort mode. Its like the plus and minus buttons aren't working. But if i press the plus button on the main screen it does turn the heating on. So it must be working. Any help would be much appreciated.thanks

I take it that it’s the blue lit lcd model? Can’t see how pressing the plus button turns the heating on, unless you mean super fire mode?

Sorted! The minus button was faulty. Cleaned with liquid. Working now thanks
