Valve does not supply DHW

Valve does not supply DHW and only supplies CH despite correct voltages at JB - to me it looks as though the valve has stuck in CH position after whole system being off during summer. CH controls work normally, but need DHW now to supplement/replace immersion water heating.
How to get cover off the powerhead ? The back of the unit seems to have a screwhead but cannot get at it because of pipework. Apart from whole valve removal, any other suggestions please ?
