That would be a possibility yes. Where more discussing floor standing ones but due to the boxing in is awarkard to get the pipes in to the service channel at the back on the unit. And also there is cutting the unit or leg for the boxing in. So maybe a wall hung one could be an option.Ah ,see what you mean now. Thought the pipes were all originating from the boxed in section. Can see now they are in front of it.
If you fitted the cabinet on top of the tiled boxing ,bring pipes through base of cabinet ,and fit a plinth beneath ( like kitchen cabinets),which could be tiled to match if you have / can get any.
Would that work for you ?
Are these the units you ment. You then fit a plynth around like a kitchen unit? There are vanity units available that are on adjustable legs like kitchen units so your boxing would fit underneath.
So it's quiet normal to not be able to bring pipes up in the service void when fitting a vanity with shelves to existing? Am used to new work where can first fix to dimensions.Even if you use several bends, not recommended , to get back behind the service void the pipe/trap will still be mounted in the storage space unless you have a cunning plan.
Im not familiar with those units so dont know about the quality.
If you move the rear legs forward the unit still needs securing into the wall.
Edit: maybe replace an elbow with a "T" ,accessible from under the plinth so you could have a removable cap .
It's known as "shop fitting" and involves aesthetics to fit the real world.
If you have chosen said unit to fit into site location then the skill required is called scribing and the trade is joinery.
