Vapour control layer btwn floor insulation and T&G floor

Got a 1200ga DPM on top of the existing floor slab. Now planning to lay Celotex on top and T&G chipboard flooring on top.

Do I need to separate the insulation and T&G flooring with a vapour control layer. I can probably tape the foil on the celotex, or I have some 1200ga left over I could use, but is this necessary?
