I have a hardwood conservatory that's 30 years old

Originally it was finished in a wickes base and top coat.

That was discontinued and I was talked into using sadolin by someone at work.
I may have used the wrong one but it was horrible- like brown toffee. The original almost gave a furniture like finish

I am going to sand back to bare wood so suggestions please? (South facing)

I do have some more sadolin that seems to be different to the toffee but would prefer a nicer finish

Thanks

Ive done plenty using Sikenns THB or Filter 7, both are micro porus stains that don't block out the grain too much.

Thanks

The "original" wickes stuff was a liquid type base coat and a jelly like topcoat.
I will investigate the sikkens
