Velux Position in Slate Roof?

I'm about to fit a velux window in a slate roof. The position and size of window means it will look like this. Anyone see a problem?

The lower corners of the flashing don't look right somehow....where they line up with the course below...?
Obviously the flashing will continue under the slates and soakers will go up the sides.
Any advice most welcome...Thanks
