Need to install a Vent into a Bathroom in a flat
venting to the outside through wall would be difficult as on 2nd floor
Could i install the vent up into the loft and then use a Y connector into the existing
pipe that comes from the cooker Extractor
this already vents outside

Any advice greatfully received

Any advice on which kit is best

No, because cooker hoods have a powerful centrifugal fan you will get extracted air from the cooker hood exiting in the bathroom, and possibly vice versa. Each fan should have its own separate outlet.

If you only have one outlet, you could use that for the bathroom fan, and then have a recirculating cooker hood with absorbent charcoal filter, that doesn't have an outlet.

Alternatively, consider having the bathroom fan fitted in a window.
