Veritas 8 (Texecom wired alarm)

Hi everyone
Just wondered if anyone new how to set up zones on this alarm, all wired in today all seems OK but for Zone 2 set alarm off even if board is unset..... need to see how you set it up as I've got dogs so require a part setting of certain zones

I think mine a Veritas 8 not the compact one my keypad is built into the control panel, nothing like my other alarm that was very easy to set up finding this one a lot hardered to do,

Also you know the warning Bleeps on setting how can you count them if there so fast it could be 8, 9 or 10 beeps......

I've had a problem with zone 2 on part set. Can't remember what is what though. Basically you have to go through the manual and de-select a setting that is set as default, then it will accept your chosen setting.

Also you know the warning Bleeps on setting how can you count them if there so fast it could be 8, 9 or 10 beeps......

If it's beeping 8 times, there is a problem with Zone 8, 9 times and it's a Tamper fault, 10 times is a Power issue.

Just listen very carefully and you will be able to count them
