See pics.

question I have is will I be able to put the TRV and Lock Shield valve on, without removing the radiator looks like a tight squeeze. Any advice ? Thanks

What he said re those isolation valves, they're not suitable for continuous high temperature.
That looks like a concrete floor so no wiggle room on the pipes? Once you've ditched the iso valves (yes you'll have to drain down) you'll need some short lengths of 15mm copper tube and a couple of slip couplers. And blowtorch etc etc- sure you can get compression slip couplers but they'll be rather fugly.
EDIT If you can't be bothered with that, find a friend and a car jack. Friend stabilises radiator, you jack it up by 25mm or so, fit valves and link pipes, lower rad, nip up compression joints, see if it leaks. I'd use new olives myself but you can chance it if you want to.
