I have recently purchased a new flow cup (made by Antares) as my other easy to use one got crushed din the back of the van.

The cup doesn't have any instructions in it.

You adjust the litre reading along by bottom by moving a dial to adjust the level of water in the cup. However i don't know what level the water in the cup needs to be at to give the right reason.

Sorry if this is very confusing. Any help appreciated

The level has to stay constant, as close to the top as possible

Ah right so the cup has to be totally full then.

There was a wee shelf about 1/3 of the way up the cup and i was trying to keep the flow level there??

To measure a taps output;
Set the lever to the highest setting
open the tap fully
move the leverback slowly until the cup is filling
stop the lever when you have equilibrium
note reading

To set a tap at a certain output;
set the lever at the corresponding mark
open the tap fully
reduce the flow until the water level is constant
