I don't charge extra on top of a regular boiler service As I have stated several times before.

It's not an unnecessary service. The manufacturers instructions say that it is very much required
All those customers of mine, I ripped off by installing an unvented cylinder, must be so pi$$Ed off with me, they all ring me up, once a year...
