I have a 2019 Honda Jazz. The windscreen washers have become very week, with water barely reaching the glass. Pump seems to buzz as it should, so removed jets and cleaned, soaked overnight in descaler but no difference. Water from the hose near the bonnet squirts about 6-10 feet. Is this powerful enough to show there is not a pump problem, but the jets still partially clogged? I have seen websites saying to check pump flow or pressure but they don't say how.

You may have a clogged filter.

For an easy first step, put a hosepipe down the filler neck to the bottom of the bottle, and let it vigorously wash out any sludge or dirt.

You could also have a blocked, pinched or leaking hose. When the jets are off, does water squirt out of the open hose ends?

You can buy new jets, though your car might have non-standard fittings.

Does the rear screen wash run off the same bottle. Could there be a leak going to the rear screen.

The jets, are the smallest part of the system, and so much more inclined to debris blocking them. A bit of fuse wire, will clear the jets without damaging them, or if you have access - an airline, blowing through from the jet outlet.
