Hi,

I have a problem with a vibrating pipe under my kitchen sink makes a loud humming noise when it is on.

The noise appears to be coming from the cold water pipe when the hot water tap is on. I've attached photos of under my kitchen sink and water valves in my airing cupboard too. When the hot water valve is switched fully off the sound stops immediately, but obviously so does the water. I don't know if this makes a difference or not. I've also had a small leak from the same tap in the kitchen for the past couple of weeks before this problem began. Not sure if this is related. None of the pipes under the sink are loose.

If anyone can help me fix this problem I'd be grateful. Happy to clarify anything if this isn't clear also.

Thanks

1/4 turn taps perhaps? Usually a good indicator that the ceramic disc valve needs changing if it's dripping and then used.
