Viessmann 111 or 222

Hi,

Can anyone suggest which boiler is better Viessmann 111 or 222 - 32kw?

Its semi detached house with 130sqm. I need to cover 90sqm ufh, 6 radiators, 3 baths and a kitchen sink.

I think the 222 can modulate down to less than 2kw which means very little cycling after rooms up to temperature and with zoning etc. Most 32kw combis may only modulate to around 5/6kw resulting in lots of cycling.

Yes, IMO, but check out minimum output first.
