We had a vitoodens 200 fitted around 6 years ago. 2 heating zones - one ufh/ one rads - external thermostat - therm rad valves. We have big South facing windows. Since fitting rads are on when they shouldn't be according to our setting. Initially tried plumber, veissman advisors, ongoing. After a year or so advised by veissman to fit vitorol 200. Still same prob.I
Examples rads set to go off 7 am. 9am they are cooling down - they are due back on 3 pm _ I return 11.20am rads full on, temp set to 14° vitoroll thermostat shows 23° inside.
Other time temp set to 16°, outside reading 12° inside reading 23.7 rads full on.
Other time rads on hot water only still full on heat.
We are having to open windows to let the heat out and we wanted an efficient system to reduce need for heat.
If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated, we have been dealing with this for years and clearly veissman certified plumber, and veissman advice centre haven't been able to resolve the issue.
