Hi can anyone help my boiler works on central heating but the DHW goes hot and cold repeatedly and you can hear the boiler firing up then switching off then on etc. i can only get constant hot water with the tap on very low. advice appricated

okay thanks do i need a gas bloke in or is it an easy job to do
Don't know the vitodens by heart, but if you can call it a diy job at all, it would be well advanced.
The underlying problem is the crud in the system that will block the hex again sooner rather than later.
Clean the system first, than fix the hex.
