Viessmann Vitodens 050-W condensing combi boiler

This boiler was installed in June 2019 and has been brilliant.
However, now we are experiencing a fluctuation in the hot water temperature.
Is this something that we can fix by doing a reset or do we require an Engineer visit to remedy the issue?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
