Vintage glass pane needed

I wonder if anyone can help. I am in desperate need of some glass my girlfriend smashed recently!!

I think it maybe called spotlight, I have attached a picture How does one go about finding such discontinued glass?

I am in East Sussex

Spot light was discontinued years ago and they make nothing like it, whatsize is it, i have a couple of bits kicking about...i think
