Been trying to contact Virgin to cancel my sports subscription during this CV-19 saga, but their call centres have been reduced so have been continuously on hold.
Just today I have noticed they have provided an online option to 'Pause Sky/BT Sports payments'.
I have completed the form but was wondering if anyone else has used this facility? How long did they take to reduce payments?
