Visonic Powermaster 10 going from Text message to App

Hi, ive got a Power master 10 with a cellular module GSM 350 PGM, and I configured it to send texts and has been working well for many years. Recently my SIM costs went up quite dramatically, and i bought a sim for an alarm online. This new SIM will be using the DATA side, there's no published 07 number with it. I've tried installing it and using the Connect go app but it wont connect. The sim people are saying the can see a signal connecting off a mast?? Does anyone know what is the IP/URL that i need to put into the panel to connect to Visonic servers? I can't find it anywhere. I bought this panel from distributor about 8 years ago and he's no longer in business and im stuck for support!
