Visonic Powermax Plus wireless siren not enrolling

Hi I have done a factory reset on my Visonic Powermax Plus, i have enrolled the sensors and keyfob but i am unable to get the wireless siren to enroll its a MSC-710.

When i press the self test button for 3 seconds the siren sounds once and the ligths light up once so battery is good. Any ideas on what to do?
