Vizo24 Keeps going out! How do you check burner ionisation?

Hi

I have a Vizo 24, only a couple of weeks old and it ignites every time I reset it but then goes out after about 15 seconds. I have no heating or hot water. It does not ignite either when I use the hot water tap. Red LED light is flashing saying to check burner ionisation - any ideas please?
