Vokear Mynute fires for 2 secs then out

Went to this one today after spending all day sorting frozen condensate pipes!!

Go this one and condensate pipe was frozen so sorted that.

When i opened the boiler there was a load of water lying in it. Pulled off pipe to combustion chamber to make sure it wasnt full of water but nothing came out.

Anyway the boiler light for about 2 secs then out then keeps doing this until it goes to lock out with an 10 fault (igniton problem).

Pulled out the weird shaped rectifcation lead and gave it a clean. Pulled out the electrodes and am definately getting current to them as i managed to get a shock. Didnt really see a massive spark though!!

Put them back in and she is lighting. Am getting plenty of gas through.

Couldnt get any parts this evening so im back on Monday.

daft question have u checked the condensate trap see if blocked

Hey G. hows it hangin, is it doing this on both water and heating demands?

Could be flame detection shorting cos it gets to main flame stage so that usually rules out PCB, and the problem happend after freezing.

have you checked pump, it can be the obvious ,mate.
