vokera boiler firing up and down continuously

Hi,

I have a Vokera linea boiler, It is firing up and down all the time by it's self, it lights for 3-4 seconds and then stops for the same amount of time and the process continues, it is enough to heat the radiators fully and the water (to some extent). I've been running it like this for a good 3 weeks now- but it is annoying and can't be doing it any good!

I have seen 2 other similar problems posted, but one had no reply and one had only one unconclusive thought.

can any of you please help?

What I mean is, are all the controls for your heating/hot water on the front of your boiler or can you turn down the heat from a clock on the wall?
