Vokera Linea 24 problem

Please Help, I have a Vokera Linea 24 Gas Combi Boiler.

When we turn the hot water or central heating on the pilot light ignites for 3 seconds and then shuts down and keeps doing this without fully firing up.

The fault is intermittent - sometimes it fires up fine, works until turned off but then the fault comes back!

Any simple fixes?
