Vokera Compact 24

Hi all,I have a problem with a Vokera Compact 24(Direct combi boiler),no h/w pressure from tap but cold supply up to heat exchanger is fine,cold/hot out from heat exchanger is non existent though,i have never had much fault finding dealings with the Vokera compact,automatic reaction is something had broke down in the exchanger,bearing in mind i was informed that this boiler was installed 2 years back ???
Anyone any thoughts or is my diagnoses right !!!!!!

Remove pipe from heat exchanger. There's a filter in there that clogs up.
