How do you release the braided pipe(s) that are attached to the left side of the heat exchanger on a Vokera Compact 24 combi boiler, please? I've removed the locking ring, but don't know whether to twist, pull (or something else) the pipe?

    Thanks in advance...

I've sorted this - thanks anyway (it was just a matter of pulling a bit harder)
