the water that comes out of your taps shower etc and the water pressure that you talk about in normal circumstances never meet, so shouldnt make any difference that you are running a bath, came across a similar situation and it was when someone walked on the bathroom floor it caused the flooring to move and it was rubbing against a radiator pipe which then leaked when the flooring had pressure on it
