vokera compact he boiler problems

Searching for why my Vokera Compact HE suddenly stopped working. It has been very cold. I found the condensation drain pipe which runs down and out from bottom right. Checked higher to the plastic "trap", managed to unscrew this and it was full of water, about 1/3 of a cup and lots of debris
in the bottom. I picked and flushed debris out and emptied the water. I am pleased to say the boiler fired up immediately. I am so grateful for this 5 year old thread! Saved me time and money and gave me a huge sense of satisfaction too !

Sounds like your boiler needs a service then, or if it has been serviced, not very well. Get it done and make sure the guy cleans the recuperator. Vokera will do it if you can't find a local guy.
