Vokera Excell sp 80 pressure

Have an 10 yr old Vokera Excell 80sp, pressure continually drops below
0.5 bar so i have keep topping up.
Boiler does not seem to get rooms to room temp as set by the Honeywell clock. Burner light shows on clock but burner not on.
Any ideas.

Either yor prv discharge pipe is constantly dripping or you have a leak in the system somewhere.

Could also be the Expansion Vessel has lost its charge and the pressure keeps building too high then the prv opens to release the pressure.

I take it boiler has never been serviced?
