I have the above combi boiler, but I have NO hot water, NO central heating and it doesnt even fire up. Any pearls of wisdom would be greatly appreciated !!

1/ Feel pump is it turning?

1/a is primary flow sensing microswitch making? Very common fault usually new diaphragm fixes it not always.

2/ is fan running?

Another common problem is fan and fan proving related but does involve skill to diagnose and fix correctly.

Good boiler. Treat it well. It will serve you well.

Ignore it (no service etc) at you peril.

Do not entertain new boiler brigade.

Thanks for the tips.....most useful.
Manually switching microswitch turns heating on while the second microswitch located to the right of it turns heating off....is this correct ??

Also, cant get hot water to work unless I wedge a clothes peg !!! under the long arm of the fulcrum!

Also !! system now sounds like it's cooking popcorn......now I know that's not normal !!

As always, any tips most welcome !!
