Vokera Linea 24 Hot Water

Hi - I would be really grateful if someone could offer some advice.

We have a Vokera Linea 24 Boiler.

When the hot water taps are put on full the water becomes luke warm or even cold sometimes. However if we only the put the hot water tap on half way the water is hot.

Please can you confirm whether it is possible to resolve this problem.

You have not said if its something that has just happened or has laways been like it.

The boiler can only heat a limited amount of water, 8 litres per minute roughly.

Have you ever bothered to get it properly serviced?
