hi got a linea 24 combi heating working fine but no hot water, turn the hot water tap on the temperature goes up abit then it just goes off, any help finding whats up with it please.

it just fires then goes straight off to reset
it just flashes 4 reset had same problem last year and had plate heat exchanger changed but its only a year old could it be this again
hi, had a few linea 24's that block very quickly, talking about a few months, we powerflushed system(which was working fine, no cold spots) an still plate blocked up. had to strip all manifolds and pipes from boiler and sonic cleaned them, no problems since
