Vokera Maxim 24E Combi Boiler. No hot water!!!

I have a vokera maxim 24e combi boiler. Since last night i am not getting any hot water. The heating works no problem and boiler fires up instantly when i turn the heating on, however, when running hot tap, boiler doesnt fire up resulting in no hot water.
Anyone know what the problem could be and how it can be fixed?
Any help and advice would be much appreciated.

The hot water diaphragm is the most likely suspect .

Is this an easy part to get hold off and is it something i can replace myself?

easy part to get hold but I have no idea how capable you are.

Im more than willing to have a go at replacing it, is there a way that i can check that it is this part that needs replacing?

Watch the pin that operates the micro switch on R/H side of divertor.
If it dont move = Diaphragm.

Would it still be the diaphragm if i can get hot water when my heating is switched on?
