hi guys,
had a job today, boiler not firing.
Doesnt start at all with hot water, but thats a defective diaghram.
On Central heating, all I get is spark, but doesnt ignite.
MI's say check ignition board but doesnt say how to test it!!!
I put the multimeter on every connection on every connection on the ignition board to check for voltage at sparking, and then no voltage after sparking but all connections either had constant 240v, or constant 50v, none changed during and after sparking.
Phoned a colleague and he said change the ignition board.
How could you 100% test this?
Also, I had 22mb inlet pressure at gas valve
thanks
