About 4 years old, working fine for 2 years, then started P133 error during summer when used on DHW. Turn tap on, fan runs, then after a delay, P133 error. Replaced spark electrode. Still the same. The potterton fault diagnostic says to check a voltage on the PCB for 50V. Is this AC or DC, and is the voltage only present when the spark ignitor is powered during firing up? The points tested are the inputs to the spark ignition module.

How do I know if the gas valve is opening up? There are new PCBs for £50. Do these boards often fail?

Thanks.
