my boiler does not start when switched on, pressure at 1.5 and fan like noise but not lighting and no heating. Dont have instruction manual, so even if its just a matter of ignition, talk me through it please!
Probably the pump differential pressure switch not being activated, possibly faulty diaphragm or air in diaphragm housing. Check that the swoitch is moving when the boiler is switched on off, pump runs anyway when power switched on and controls asking for heat , the switch activates the rest of the sequence to fire up.
verrry strange , are you getting a flame????, if you are opening and closing the yellow handle underneath it should have no effect on anything as far as switching boiler on and off, that handle shuts gas off.
getting a flame most times and this seems to be the only thing which gets a result, I know it shuts off the gas but I'm all out of ideas. We tried the Vokera website for instructions but this seems to be the only model they don't have any literature on.
PS. what exactly is a pump differential pressure switch and where do you find it?[/list]
