hi, guys

i was out at a this boiler to day, the fan running and a bit noisey, no power to the pump and the water flow switch is fine.
i am getting fault code 34 which say check the fan tacho. whats is the fan tacho?? i am a rgi but have not worked any vokera he boiler. do i replace the fan or is there a flap some where on the fan that may be stuck.

Thanks for your reply. i dont see how the fan speed could go wrong unless some one had changed the PCB or the gas valve before me, which i dont think is the case.

i wounder how to check the tacho signal???

do you have the boiler manual it may say in there?

does that boiler/model have a zero pressure type gas valve?

i'm not a gas engineer btw

yes i have the book it does have zero gas vale. but it not getting that far.

Had the same problem today with a Vokera Unica 32 he ( code 34 ) phoned tech help, advised fan gubbed, new fan required
