having a problem with this boiler.. the fan sometimes pulsates on and off when it does work the temp goes to about 60 deg then falls down to 25deg.

any ideas ??? i have checked the air pressure switch it seems to be working when a checked it with the muiltimeter, when its on it modulates no problem, the main p.c.b was changed recently be another engineer,

could it be the venturi/air switch ??
