vokera option 24

I have a vokera option 24, currently no ch or hw. the mode selector led is flashing green on either settings. the other 2 status leds are both off. when switching on mains, i've noted that the ignition is constatnly firing in the chamber regardless of whether the mode selector is set to on or off ?

wondered if this was a pcb fault ? Any help appreciated.

sounds like ignition pcb

probably needs an RGI to check,fit and test
