I have recently bought a new home. My boiler has packed in after initially working fine for the 1st week, although it was rarely used.
I have a Vokera Option 7-8years old, unsure of exact model.
There are no error lights on on the facia panel.
Pressure and gas supply is fine.
I am getting no hot water or heating.
When the control dial is switched to heating and hot water, the boiler makes a murmuring noise but doesn't seem to fire up. When the hot water tap is switched on the murmuring noise is no longer there.
The boiler seemed to be working fine one night, left it over night on timer then nothing the next morning.
Any help welcome!!
