when the rads hav got to tem on boiler i.e 70_80 .boiler keepsfiring up and code 03 flashes,then green light fires only for a few seconds,is this normal,also twice in last week whilst running a bath its tripped out showing code 08.its only 3 yr old,i had new gas valve fitted last month also,any advice ,thanks

03 is fan/flue fault.
08 is burner stat fault iirc.
they could be related. iirc the syntesi uses the analogue air pressure switch that the later lineas used. if the venturi/fan is blocked then it can cause the burner pressures to be too high/low and strange things happen. why was the gas valve changed? this is another possibilty if it wasnt setup right. did these issues start after the gas valve or before?

the water runing temp was between 32_40, it wasnt very hot,i had new gasvalve fitted tem ok now.
sorry forgot to say,the 03 only flashes once when the brner is firing up between temp fluctuation,it dosnt trip out,itsbeen doing this for a while,i thaught it may be normal,thanks
