Hi all,
I am installing a volex protector rcd fused spur for bathroom lighting and fan protection. I am using plastic drywall backbox mounted outside of the room.
Confusion is over the additional earth terminal marked as SE that has a red link wire into the body of the rcd. The instruction sheet is virtually unreadable. Anyone got the proper paperwork for this unit or can you guide me which terminals to connect to earth?

Thanks.

Post a piccy of it.

I suspect it is one of two earth terminals on the unit and the red wire is just a connection from it to the internal gubbins of the device.

Two earth terminals are provided for High-Integrity earthing, the little red wire running from one of them is for the device itself, similar to the flying earth lead most RCBO's have.
