w. m/c dump into toilet!

I would like to connect my w.m/c drain pipe into an outside toilet dump - is this do-able?
also i would like to take a cold feed from the toilet inlet. no hot feed is available in there... would this be ok? thanks !

Nothing wrong with picking up the toilet supply as long as it is mains,as opposed to tank fed.
Excuse my southern ignorance, but what is an external dump?
are you refering to a gulley,manhole chamber or what?
