That’s absolutely correct. You have to look after it well if you want it to last. I have 8 other people in my household. So its constantly in use throughout the day. This may have played a part it effecting the mechanism.
 
Hi there again. I have another question. How come my walk in shower the water keeps dripping after using it. i.e when you have finished doing a shower after a few minutes the top starts to drip. Is the water remaining at the top of the head coming out?
