Hi - Looking for some help.

Our dormer window bedroom is cold with these walls being very cold. After removing the plasterboard, this is what is behind. A mixture of loft insulation stuffed into the RSJ and Kingspan.

Should I use expanding foam in the small gaps or just tape them up?

Does this insulation meet building standards?

Cheers for any help.

You need to make sure the roof has enough insulation as well...warm or cold roof.
Try thicker insulation in walls by increasing the depth of the studs.
